Our Mission
APICCO empowers Asian and Pacific Islander youth in Oregon through leadership development, civic engagement, mentorship, and community service. We create pathways for young people to develop their voice, participate in policy conversations, and represent API communities at local and state levels with leadership training and hands-on experience.
NEWS and UPDATES
- APICCO continued its flagship internship initiatives, placing students in legislative offices—including API students and its first non-API intern—to gain real policy experience.
- APICCO was selected as a community representative on the Portland General Electric Community Benefits & Impacts Advisory Groupunder Oregon’s Clean Energy Act (HB2021).
